Jimmy Fasad is a unique rescue ladder on the market due to its sturdy and easy-to-grip steps that can withstand a load of 1,600 kg.
The fire escape is intended for villas, terraced houses and multi-story buildings, It weighs only five kilos in the most common model and is therefore easy to handle.
When in use, the ladder is hung up in the attachment hooks, after which the entire package can be thrown out of a window or a from a balcony. Thanks to the ladder's construction and flexible materials, it cannot get tangled. The ladder hangs straight and is immediately ready for use. Unlike most other fire escapes on the market, the ladder's solid and easy-to-grip treads make it easy to climb down, even if the ladder is against a house facade.
Jimmy Fasad has been manufactured in Sweden since the beginning of the 1970s.
